Allo Cookware
Sparking a first foray into cookware, the Allo Series is rooted in the observations of messy cook-stoves, tragic boil-overs, and hard-to-handle large pans.
An innovative flared rim around the edge of the pan provides a layer of protection against spills and boil-overs , provides easy handling from all directions to (great for those unweidly larger pieces), while allowing the placement of handle rivets outside of the cooking surface for greater durability. Wide pour spouts accommodate the serving of chunkier contents, recognizing that everyday serving often happens directly from the pan.
A gestural motion created through mirrored arrangement of the handles suggests the graceful touch of the chef at hand, cooking with pinches and pours (not cups and spoons), knowing just when the meal has reached perfection.
